Harry's back again for episode #2 of Crash Course and this time he's got a fiery new recipe that's gonna be your new go-to beer snack! It's quick, it's easy and it's bloody tasty! What are you waiting for? Check out the video and subscribe now!
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Chuck everything and add a little bit of pepper. Next, place your wraps on the braai.
Spread the mixed ingredients over the wraps.
Fold the other side of wraps to cover ingredients. Close the braai pan.
Next, slowly cook the food in low heat for about 5 minutes and flip the tray occasionally. The slower you cook it, the better the ingredients inside will cook.
If you just fry the hell out of it on the outside it will go black on the outside, and you'll have a cold centre. Because if you cook it slowly, it will probably take 10 minutes. If you cook it slowly, it'll give it time to melt the cheese and to render some of that fat out. It'll drip cheese and fat into your fire.
Keep it on the fire until the cheese is melted and the wrap is crispy.
Remove the wrap from the pan and cut in four pieces.
Make sure you actually add salt. I tried it without salt once and it just didn't work very well, which is surprising, because all the ingredients are salty, but that freshness of the tomato really livens it up.
That’s it! The perfect beer snack.
