Our warranty

Every Crashpad product is covered against faulty manufacturing, workmanship and materials. Here's what's covered and how to make a claim.

What's covered

Crashpad will replace or repair any Crashpad product that is subject to faulty manufacturing or workmanship, including materials, for the warranty period.

  • For the full warranty period of your product

Not covered

The warranty is limited to manufacturing and materials defects. It doesn't cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Wear and tear
  • Damage caused by condensation, rain or wind
  • Accidents
  • Incorrect set up
  • Damage caused by mould, insects, animals or children
  • Broken poles
  • Damage caused by a jammed or snagged zipper, or excessive force applied to a zipper causing failure

How to make a claim

  1. Fill in the claim form

    Complete the form below. Keep your sales receipt, as we need it as proof of purchase.

  2. We'll be in touch

    Our team reviews your claim and gets back to you shortly.

  3. Send it in for assessment

    All freight costs for returning a product to us for assessment are payable by you.

  4. Repair or replace

    If it's a manufacturing, workmanship or materials fault within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
