What can come back
Return your Crashpad purchase within 30 days of your order for a refund of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs. Or exchange it within 30 days, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is a different price, we'll either collect or refund the difference.

Can't be returned
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges don't apply to products that have been:
- Used
- Misused or abused
- Physically damaged

Email info@crashpadgear.com and we'll walk you through the process.

Send it back
Unused, in its original condition and packaging. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

We process it
Returns are usually processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.

Refund or exchange
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and we'll email you once it's done.
Who pays for shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, the customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Our gear can be big and bulky, and unfortunately it's damn expensive to send around this big country of ours. For this reason, we're unable to cover freight costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Faulty item?
This change-of-mind returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something's wrong with your gear, see our warranty page.
