Swag End Hoop Pole

I appreciate a company that improves their products and listens to their customers. I ordered these replacement poles for a Crashpad that I picked up second hand. The old ones had some splits in the aluminum but were still holding up I just wanted a back up set. The new ones look to be a better updated design and should hold up better. I will give a shout out to the Crashpad team, when I ordered these for a double they contacted me to double check that I ordered these replacement right poles. I have previously purchased a single swag and wanted to make sure that I wanted poles for a double. I explained that I had also purchased a double swag second hand and the situation. That is absolutely unheard of customer service here in the U.S.A. I was extremely impressed with the Crashpad team and can’t say enough about the products that I have purchased. Extremely impressed with the quality and construction. Thanks for a great experience!
