Returns/Refund Policy


WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We stand behind every product we sell, that is why if you are not 100% satisfied with your Crashpad purchase then you can return it and we will refund you 100% of the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs on the original purchase). We only ask that you return the goods to us within 30 days from the date of your order and that the goods must be returned in the original condition in which you received them, that is unused and in the original packaging. A return of goods does not apply to defects caused by misuse, abuse or physical damage.

WHO PAYS THE COST OF RETURNING GOODS?

The shipping costs incurred for returning items to Crashpad is the responsibility of the customer. Please note we will not be held liable or responsible for goods that are lost or damaged while being returned. We recommend that you register and insure the product you are returning.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Simply email info@crashpadgear.com will we walk you through the process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, this is usually within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item.

We will refund you via the same method you used to pay, and send you an email once this has been completed.
